As of August 2020 I have decided to RESUME international shop orders. However, due to the pandemic as well as USPS funding issues as of late, the postal system is much, much slower right now. Because of COVID-19, please expect severe shipping delays. Domestic orders might be delayed 3-7 days, and international orders could take 3-4 months to arrive. In addition, there are some countries that are currently not accepting US mail; that list can be found here.  

All this being said, PLEASE HAVE EXTREME PATIENCE WITH THE MAIL ☺︎ 

Please give it some extra time before your reach out to me if your package is taking longer than normal to arrive, and please just be fully aware of these circumstances before purchasing from my shop, especially if you are outside of the United States!

GENERAL QUESTIONS

 

What is your processing time?
I make an effort to ship orders out as quickly as they come in, but please keep in mind that this store is run by one person! Whenever I update my shop, I usually get anywhere between 800 to over a thousand orders all at once, so it can sometimes take anywhere between 7-21 business days for me to ship your order. Please do be patient with me!

Do you automatically combine orders?
I do NOT automatically combine orders so please be sure to email me if you place multiple orders and want them to be combined in one package, where I will refund you any extra shipping charges! Note that this must be done ASAP; if you email me after any of your orders have already been fulfilled/shipped I unfortunately cannot combine your orders for you.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the United States?
I ship worldwide! Please note that all international orders are subject to their own taxes and customs fees. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or tax tarriffs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
While there are no refunds and although I care to make sure all artwork and products are packaged as safely and securely as possible, sometimes things can happen. If your package comes in damaged or something goes wrong, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible by emailing me at aegyohanashop@gmail.com and I will do my very best to resolve the issue as best as I can!

Do you offer different pin grades?
I very loosely grade my pins -- my pins are made to be worn and therefore are standard grade, which are near perfect with no majorly visible defects of any kind. They may have tiny specs or bubbles in the plating, etc. to be viewed with scrutiny but have no flaws that will drastically affect the appearance of your pins.

I sometimes offer seconds pins, which are the pins with more noticeable defects, such as missing enamel, major scratches, incorrect color fills, etc. Please do keep in mind that even my seconds pins have flaws that are not extremely noticeable. If I wouldn't buy it myself, it would not be listed at all in my store!

 

SHIPPING/TRACKING RELATED QUESTIONS

 

My tracking number says "pre-shipment" - what does that mean?
If your tracking number says this, it means that your label has been printed, but perhaps not packaged and dropped off at the post office yet. This will occur sometimes because I usually print out 100 or 200 labels at one time and work on packaging those batches, which can sometimes take a day or two. If you see this on your order's tracking, just give it a few days and it will probably update, and if it doesn't shoot me an email!

I received my package and I received the wrong items/missing/damaged items. What should I do?
If you get the wrong item or you are missing items, please email me at info@jessie-hannah.com with your order number and details regarding the order and I will do what I can to fix the issue with you and make sure the errors get corrected.

My tracking says the item was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
If your tracking number says delivered but you haven't gotten your package in your mailbox yet please do the following:

  1. Check with your neighbors.
  2. Check all the places your mail could be delivered ( front door / leasing office / backyard / mail room)
  3. Check with your local post office and let them know you have a package that says delivered but you have not yet received it. You may have to open a missing package claim with them.

I recommend to also wait a few days before losing all hope that your package is lost! Postal services make mistakes and sometimes scan things as delivered when they are still in transit. Afterwards, you are welcome to email me, but please understand that if I don't have the product available to replace your missing package, I may not be able to replace them, as I am not responsible for the package getting lost. But know that I do always try my very best to take care of this issue also.
